Subject: SoS Jennifer Brunner Ohio
Guess what guys!
Jennifer Brunner got a judgment against me for court costs in my SoS suit. Don't know what to do.....Probably thousands of dollars. Any advice? Am about ready to cry.

I want to thank everyone for their encouragement and support, especially to Steve M. for setting everything up. None of us should be fearful of reprisals for simply petitioning for redress as is our right under the Constitution. Please help spread the word so this injustice does not happen to anyone else! Thank you! Carol Greenberg

ReplyDelete1. Don't file frivilous lawsuits.
2. If you must, don't ignore a motion to dismiss filed by the other party.
3. If you are planning to ignore a motion to dismiss, just file your own motion to whithdraw compliant.
Pay the bill and learn your lesson as to what happens when you file frivolous lawsuits.
ReplyDeleteObots are thick on this site. It's never frivolous if you are trying to uphold the constitution. Case dismissed
ReplyDeleteMotion to Dismiss never said anything about applying court costs. I read it very carefully. Merely re-iterated judge's ruling.

According to court records:
ReplyDelete"02-02-2009 The United States Justice Foundation, Executive Director Mr. Gary Kreep (main counsel in the Keyes v Bowen), has reimbursed Ms. Carol Greenberg for her filing fee in Greenberg v. Brunner et al. Mr. Kreep has further commited to paying any and all additional costs Ms. Greenberg may incur with this filing."
I understand that the costs were $600. Looks like you dodged the consequences of bringing a frivolous lawsuit.
